How to Serve
This delicious blend is perfect following a training session or as a high protein snack to tie the time between meals.
Ingredients
- 1 just ripe, frozen banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp matcha powder
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender and pulse on high until well combined and smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
