How to Serve

This delicious blend is perfect following a training session or as a high protein snack to tie the time between meals.

  • 1 just ripe, frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp matcha powder


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse on high until well combined and smooth.
  2. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
