FAQs

What does a consultation involve?

In our initial consultation, we’ll chat about your current diet, general health, exercise routine, and lifestyle, as well as what you’d like to achieve from our work together. This information will help us tailor an eating plan, recipe ideas and other resources to help you reach your goals. We’ll make the most up-to-date science and nutrition strategies easy to understand and incorporate into your day-to-day.
