Caitlin is a dual-qualified Exercise Scientist and Dietitian based in Sydney, who enjoys combining her knowledge of food and exercise to enhance health, wellbeing and performance.
Caitlin spent her youth involved heavily in competitive swimming, before moving to representative netball where she has furthered her appreciation for nutrition in sports performance. Throughout her studies (Exercise and Sports Science and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics), she was able to foster valuable skills in individualising nutrition and exercise plans to enhance the performance, recovery and overall health for her clients.
Caitlin has gained unique experience, including working within large tertiary hospitals and community work in the Northern Territory. Caitlin has also gained work experience within school and corporate settings, online spaces and professional sports teams. Caitlin’s professional career has since extended to working within the nutrition program at the Western Sydney Wanderers FC, where she is involved in delivery of nutrition programs to support players achieve optimal performance and recovery.
Caitlin became a Dietitian because of her fascination for the role of food in health. She is motivated by the opportunity to empower clients to take ownership of their health. Through a compassionate, honest and consistent approach, Caitlin loves to see clients engage in their own learning of nutrition and ability to make positive choices around health and performance.
In her spare time, Caitlin loves to play sport (particularly her recent conversion to AFL), go to the gym with friends and travel. In true Dietitian style, she also loves to cook and eat delicious food!
