Kelsey is an Accredited Sports Dietitian based in Sydney, with a passion for learning and sharing her nutrition knowledge with athletes and motivated individuals. Kelsey has gained experience working in sport with the NSW Waratahs for the past two years, developing a nutrition program that encourages players to develop high performance nutrition habits, and understand how to fuel their bodies to perform and recover. Kelsey is excited to continuing growing within her roles at Parramatta Eels (NRL) and GWS Giants (AFL) through the Health and Performance Collective team, delivering a strong nutritional program to help players perform at their best.
Kelsey’s goal is to help people to uncomplicate their nutrition, and live their best lives with delicious, nutritious foods to fuel their performance goals whether that is in sport, work or at home. Kelsey has a realistic and wholistic approach to nutrition and loves to help others find enjoyment in food and nutrition through sustainable strategies that can be maintained for life.
Outside of nutrition work, Kelsey has worked as a personal trainer and also as a chef in-training. Kelsey loves to cook and maintain an active lifestyle with a growing love for Cross Fit and playing women’s footy.
