How to Serve
This delicious recipe works fabulously for any dessert and can be served with a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
- 4 small-medium sized strawberries, sliced and crushed a little
- 1 tbsp low fat ricotta
- 1 large basil leaf, torn
- 1 slice burgen soy linseed toast
- Mix strawberries, ricotta and basil in a bowl.
- Toast bread, then add mix to the top
