How to Serve

This delicious recipe works fabulously for any dessert and can be served with a dollop of Greek yoghurt.

  • 4 small-medium sized strawberries, sliced and crushed a little
  • 1 tbsp low fat ricotta
  • 1 large basil leaf, torn
  • 1 slice burgen soy linseed toast


  1. Mix strawberries, ricotta and basil in a bowl.
  2. Toast bread, then add mix to the top
  3. Serve
