Health & Performance Collective is the brain child of Sydney Dietitian’s Jessica Spendlove and Chloe McLeod. Both Chloe and Jessica are Sports Dietitians who specialise in Performance Nutrition, using their near 20 years combined knowledge and skills as dietitians to optimise your lifestyle through elite nutrition practices.
Jess and Chloe believe that good performance can be enhanced through better nutrition, having seen it through working with elite teams, consulting to food brands, right through to working with individuals with food intolerances, and seeing the change in quality of life.
Our vision is to improve knowledge, skills and behaviours to help Australians live their healthiest lives; to live their 11/10. We do this through working with you using elite nutrition practices.
