How to Serve
Perfect as a side dish to any main meal, or even as a dip for veggie sticks as a snack!
- 1 cup dried cannellini beans (or 1 can cannellini beans)
- 2-4 tsp garlic infused extra virgin olive oil
- Cracked pepper to taste
- Soak cannellini beans over night then boil until soft. Alternatively, if canned beans are used, rinse and drain beans, then heat in hot water.
- Add beans to blender along with pepper and herbs and blend until smooth.
